By purchasing any resource from our store, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.

📚 Product Documentation

Every resource is delivered with a README.md file and accompanying documentation.

The documentation contains installation instructions, configuration information, framework integration details, and all relevant information required to operate the resource.

Customers are expected to carefully read the provided documentation before requesting support.

If the documentation does not resolve your issue, you may join our Discord server and create a support ticket. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues directly related to our resource.

🧠 Customer Knowledge Requirements

Our products are designed for FiveM server owners, developers, and administrators.

By purchasing our resources, you acknowledge that you possess basic knowledge of:

• Lua
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• FiveM Server Management

If you do not have the necessary technical knowledge to install, configure, or maintain the resource, it is your responsibility to hire a qualified developer to perform the installation and setup on your behalf.

Lack of technical knowledge does not qualify for a refund.

🛠️ Installation Services

Customers are responsible for installing and configuring purchased resources.

Installation services provided by our team are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you would like us to install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, or modify a resource for your server, additional service fees may apply.

The final cost depends on:

• Complexity of the installation
• Framework compatibility requirements
• Troubleshooting requirements
• Custom modifications
• Time required to complete the work

All service fees will be discussed and approved before work begins.

💰 Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be provided after purchase.

Before purchasing, please ensure that:

• You have read the product description.
• You have reviewed all screenshots,  and demonstrations.
• Your server meets the listed requirements.
• You understand the functionality being offered.

Failure to review available product information before purchasing is solely the responsibility of the customer.

🔒 Product Licensing & Restrictions

We do not sell open-source products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Most resources are protected and may contain encrypted components.

Depending on the resource, customers may be able to modify:

• Configuration files
• Framework integration files
• Functions and events intentionally exposed for customization
• User Interface (UI) files such as CSS when available

Some resources may contain encrypted UI files or protected components that cannot be modified.

Customization options are limited to what is intentionally provided by the resource.

You may not:

• Leak, redistribute, share, resell, or re-upload any resource.
• Share resource files with third parties.
• Claim ownership of our work.
• Remove licensing or ownership information.
• Reverse engineer protected portions of our resources.

🎫 Support Policy

Support is provided only for issues directly related to our resources.

We are not responsible for:

• Broken server configurations
• Incompatible third-party resources
• Modified resource files
• Custom code added by customers
• Lack of technical knowledge
• Hosting provider issues
• Framework modifications performed by third parties

Support may be denied if resource files have been heavily modified.

📦 Product Expectations

All functionality is presented through product descriptions, screenshots,  and demonstrations before purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before completing a purchase.

Purchasing a product and later claiming that it does not function according to personal expectations, despite matching the advertised functionality, does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

⚠️ Community Conduct & Reputation Protection

Attempts to:

• Misrepresent our products
• Spread false information
• Create fraudulent disputes
• Abuse chargeback systems
• Harass staff members
• Damage our reputation through knowingly false claims

May result in:

• Permanent removal from our Discord community
• Termination of support services
• Revocation of active licenses
• Permanent bans from future purchases
• Reports to Tebex, CFX/FiveM, Warden, and other relevant enforcement systems where applicable

🚫 Enforcement

Any unauthorized distribution, leaking, resale, sharing, or redistribution of our resources is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate license termination
• Revocation of update access
• Permanent loss of support privileges
• Removal from our community
• Reports to relevant platforms and enforcement systems
